At Wick Monsters, we strive to provide the best shopping experience for our customers. Once your purchase is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation email with the details of your order. Our team will process your order as quickly as possible to ensure timely delivery.
We currently shipping to European countries, United States and Puerto Rico. During the checkout process, you can view the available shipping options and select your country for delivery.

CUSTOMS AND TAXES
No customs fees or taxes for you to worry about, all duties are prepaid at origin. The price you pay at checkout is the final price, with no additional charges upon delivery, no matter your destination country.
ORDER PROCESSING AND SHIPPING
- After your purchase, you will receive an email with the tracking information for your order so you can monitor its status at any time.
- Please note that during collection launches, promotional periods, or peak times such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to high demand.
DELIVERY ERRORS
Wick Monsters is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@wickmonsters.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.
LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS
In the rare event that your order is lost or arrives damaged, please contact our support team at info@wickmonsters.com with your order details and photos (if applicable). We will work with the courier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
