RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY

Thank you for shopping at WickMonsters.com. We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If something didn’t work out, no worries — check the conditions and follow the simple steps below to process your return or exchange.


1. Return & Exchange Conditions

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.

Items must be returned in the original packaging with all tags attached.

You can request a return or exchange within 30 days of the purchase date.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless defective or damaged.

You must fill out the Return Form before shipping your package.

Print and include the completed Return Form inside your package.

If you don't have a printer, you can write down the required information by hand and include it inside the package.


2. How to Start a Return or Exchange

Complete the [Return Form] (link/button to the form).

Once completed, include the form inside your package.

Send the tracking number to info@wickmonsters.com after you ship the package.

4. Return Shipping Costs

Customers are responsible for the return shipping costs, unless the return is due to:

A defective item

An incorrect item received

Or an error on our part

We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service. WickMonsters.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.


5. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll receive an email confirmation.

If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method.

Please allow 7–14 business days for the refund to appear on your statement.


6. Exchanges

Need a different size or color?
No problem — simply send the item back and place a new order for the correct item.

We do not offer direct exchanges to ensure fast processing.


7. Defective, Incorrect, or Damaged Items

If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order at info@wickmonsters.com.

Photos of the issue

A brief description of the problem

We’ll resolve it as quickly as possible.


8. Damaged Shipments

If your package arrives damaged, contact us immediately with photos of:

The outer packaging

The damaged item(s)

Keep all packaging materials as the carrier may require an inspection.

10. Orders & Cancellations

Orders cannot be modified or canceled after confirmation.

Please double-check all order details before completing your purchase.


11. Legal Notice for European Customers

This policy complies with the European Union’s Consumer Rights Directive (2011/83/EU) and other applicable consumer protection laws.

Customers within the EU have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days without providing a reason.
