1. Return Eligibility
a. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition as received.
b. Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receiving your order.
c. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return unless they are defective or damaged.

a. To initiate a return, log in to your Wickmonsters.com account and navigate to the Order History section. Select the order containing the item(s) you wish to return and follow the instructions.

3. Return Shipping
a. Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the return is due to a mistake on our part or if the item is defective or damaged.
b. We recommend using a trackable shipping method for your return. Wickmonsters.com is not responsible for lost or undelivered returns.
4. Refund Process
a. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email notification.
b. If the return is approved, a refund will be processed to the original payment method. Please allow 7 - 14 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
5. Exchanges
a. We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or item, please return the unwanted item and place a new order.
6. Defective or Incorrect Items
a. If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
b. Provide detailed information and, if possible, include photos to expedite the resolution process.
7. Damaged Shipments
a. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@wickmonsters.com with photos of the damaged package and items.
b. Retain all packaging materials for inspection by the shipping carrier.
8. Non-Returnable Items
a. Certain items are non-returnable, including gift cards and items marked as final sale.
