- Please note that during collection launches, promotional periods, or peak times such as Black Friday or Christmas, delivery times may be extended due to high demand.
DELIVERY ERRORS
Wick Monsters is not responsible for delivery errors caused by incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer at the time of purchase. Please double-check your shipping details before confirming your order.
CANCELLATIONS
If you wish to cancel your order, please contact us at info@wickmonsters.com as soon as possible. Orders can only be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order is in the shipping process, cancellations are no longer possible.
CUSTOMS AND TAXES
For international orders, please note that customs fees or taxes may apply depending on the destination country's regulations. Any such charges will be the customer's responsibility and must be paid upon receipt of the package. Wick Monsters is not responsible for delays caused by customs procedures.
